{"id":9079,"date":"2020-01-09T16:27:06","date_gmt":"2020-01-09T16:27:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chenoafund.org\/?p=9079"},"modified":"2024-06-27T14:43:40","modified_gmt":"2024-06-27T14:43:40","slug":"exception-requests","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chenoafund.org\/exception-requests\/","title":{"rendered":"20-02: EXCEPTION REQUESTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Announcement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CBC Mortgage Agency updates our policies to protect credit risk for our correspondents, as well as strengthen the management of risk to Chenoa Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Starting today, on January 8, 2020, exception requests are only officially granted once a CBCMA loan number is assigned. If the lender requests a scenario review on a hypothetical file, then that is not considered an exception review.<\/p>\n<p>If the lender submits an exception request on a specific file, but has not yet registered the loan, then an exception review is allowed. However, this review is considered a fly-by, and not a full exception approval.
