We have some exciting news that we wanted to share with you as we barrel past Q1 2020.<\/p>\n<p>We are officially dropping our first mortgage interest rate on the DPA Edge program to a 4.875 average, a full .25 points below our previous average. Hopefully this allows our forgivable and no income limit FHA products to be more competitive in your marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>As many of you already know, we have moved to a new loan delivery system designed to be more user-friendly and provide quicker turn times on locks and purchase reviews. We are excited to have full control over this system, especially considering that we now have the capability to program in long requested features.<\/p>\n<p>Because of our new system, we now offer all-new online trainings dedicated to helping you navigate the new loan delivery system, along with any other program changes or updates that have occurred over the past year. We hope you\u2019ll find these trainings useful.<\/p>\n<p>As always, we welcome feedback from our correspondent lending partners.
